Corona message to our Stinto community

Corona message to our Stinto community

20. March - 2020

Dear Stinto user,

For most, it probably still seems surreal! COVID-19 has taken a grip on the globe and is definitely on top of everyone’s mind. It is having a profound impact on businesses all over the world, especially in terms of the way we work together, and our ability to manage our relationships. Whether it is friends, family, colleagues, customers or suppliers, it seems that we are going to have to make do with remote meetings and virtually no social interactions for the time being.

Naturally, this is also impacting us here at Stinto, however, I want to reassure all our customers and users that our service continued uninterrupted, and we’re well on top of the situation, ensuring that you stay connected with your most valuable business contacts during this challenging time.

Stinto is working from home

At Stinto, we are taking this global challenge very seriously! Being a small and agile company, Stinto made an overnight transition to become a “remote only” company, following the recommendations put forward by the Danish government, already back on Thursday the 12th of March. As a SaaS company, our switch to being completely remote has been relatively painless, although we appreciate that for many businesses (including many of our customers) it’s difficult; seemingly impossible. If as a company, you need some tips and tricks for working from home, please check out these tips and tricks offered by one of our fantastic partners at Good Company.

Manage your most valuable business contacts

Maybe even more than normal, it is during times like these where it is important to stay connected to your most valuable business and personal contacts. The strongest relationships are built not only during the good times but also during the tough times. Now is the time to reach out to your most valued contacts and extend a word of comfort or support – not just because you need something or want to make a sale, but because you truly care and want to help!

Stay safe

On a final note, please take the epidemic seriously. Listen to the advice of governments and health care professionals in your part of the world. Make sure you take care of yourself, your colleagues, your family – and do what you can to help those in your community who are most vulnerable. This is definitely the time to stay-in-touch!

All the best,

Stuart Wynn
